Ingredients:


- 4-5 medium-sized potatoes

- 4 eggs

- 1 can of fish (tuna, mackerel, sardines, or other fish of your choice)

- 1 red onion, finely chopped

- Mayonnaise (to taste)

- Dill or parsley for garnish

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Boil the potatoes and eggs until they are cooked. Let them cool, then peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, and cut the eggs into larger pieces.


2. Open the can of fish and drain off the oil or liquid.


3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped potatoes, eggs, and canned fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


4. Add the finely chopped red onion and a little mayonnaise to bind the ingredients.


5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure the mayonnaise evenly coats the potatoes, eggs, and canned fish.


6. Transfer the Mimosa salad to a dish or salad bowl, shaping it into a pyramid.


7. Garnish the top of the salad with sprigs of dill or parsley.


8. Serve the salad chilled.
