Ingredients:


- 1 cup of wheat grains

- 1/2 cup of poppy seeds

- 1/4 cup of honey or sugar

- 1/4 cup of raisins

- Chopped walnuts

- Water for soaking and cooking

- Salt


Instructions:


1. Soak the wheat grains overnight in water.


2. Drain the water and rinse the grains. Cook them until they are tender, adding a little salt. Drain in a colander.


3. Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for 1-2 hours. Then drain the water.


4. Mix the cooked wheat and poppy seeds, add raisins and honey or sugar to taste.


5. Stir the kutia, add walnuts.


6. Kutia can be served as a standalone dish or as a dessert. Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the kutia with nuts and raisins.
