1. Thaw the shrimp by placing them in cold water for 10-15 minutes or leaving them in the refrigerator for a few hours until fully thawed.


2. Prepare a pot of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt to taste.


3. Once the water is boiling, carefully lower the shrimp into the boiling water. Cooking frozen shrimp takes only a few minutes.


4. Boil the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and float to the surface of the water.


5. As soon as the shrimp are ready, immediately transfer them to a bowl of cold water or ice to stop the cooking process and preserve their juiciness and tenderness.


6. Drain the shrimp in a colander to remove excess moisture and serve them hot with sauce or cool them down and use them in salads, appetizers, or main dishes.


Keep in mind that timing is crucial, as overcooking the shrimp can make them tough and rubbery.
