Ingredients:


- 200g of crab sticks, diced or cut into small strips

- 1 cup of cooked rice

- 1 can of corn (approximately 200g)

- 1 carrot, grated coarsely

- 1 small fresh cucumber, diced

- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions:


1. Cook the rice until it is done, then let it cool.


2. In a large bowl, combine the diced crab sticks, cooked rice, corn, grated carrot, and diced fresh cucumber.


3. Add the mayonnaise and gently mix everything together to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly coated.


4. Season the salad with salt and pepper according to your taste.


5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.


6. Serve the salad chilled.
