Ingredients:


- 2 chicken breasts, boiled or fried

- 3 medium carrots

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

- Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions:


1. Cut the boiled or fried chicken breasts into small pieces or strips.


2. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips or grate them.


3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet and fry the carrots until they become tender.


4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the carrots. Cook for a few minutes until the carrots are well coated with the sauce.


5. Add the sliced chicken to the carrots and mix thoroughly to ensure that the sauce evenly covers all the ingredients.


6. Serve the salad, sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with fresh herbs.
