Ingredients:
- 500g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- Optional: a pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sour cream, jam, or honey for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. If desired, you can add a pinch of salt.
2. Mix all the ingredients well until you have a uniform batter.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
4. Form the pancakes from the batter and place them on the skillet. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they develop a golden crust.
5. Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Serve the fluffy cottage cheese pancakes hot with sour cream, jam, or honey.
