Ingredients:


- 4-5 medium potatoes

- 3-4 eggs

- 200g of boiled sausage (sausage of your choice)

- 1 can of canned green peas (about 200g)

- 1 large fresh or pickled cucumber

- 1 medium onion

- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions:


1. Boil the potatoes and eggs until they are cooked. Let them cool, then peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, and cut the eggs into larger pieces.


2. Cut the sausage and cucumber into cubes. Finely chop the onion.


3. Mix the potatoes, eggs, sausage, cucumber, onion, and green peas in a large bowl.


4. Add mayonnaise and gently mix to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated with mayonnaise.


5. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.


6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.


7. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld.
