Ingredients:


- 300g of thinly sliced smoked chicken breast

- 200g of Korean carrots

- 1 large fresh cucumber, diced

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions:


1. If you don't have ready-made Korean carrots, you can prepare them yourself by marinating the carrots in a mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt, and red pepper.


2. In a large bowl, mix the sliced smoked chicken breast, Korean carrots, diced cucumber, and finely chopped onion.


3. Add mayonnaise and gently mix to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated with mayonnaise.


4. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.


5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.


6. Serve the salad immediately to preserve the fresh taste of the ingredients.
