Ingredients:


- 12 mini tartlets

- 200g of cottage cheese

- 100g of red fish (salmon, trout, or other of your choice), cut into small pieces

- 2 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt

- Juice of half a lemon

- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) for garnish

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with sour cream or yogurt, add the juice of half a lemon, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous filling.


2. Fill the pre-prepared mini tartlets with the cottage cheese filling.


3. Decorate each tartlet with pieces of red fish.


4. Sprinkle the tartlets with fresh herbs before serving.


5. Serve the tartlets with cottage cheese and red fish as an appetizer or a light main course.
