Ingredients:


- 500g ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, or turkey)

- 1 cup shredded hard cheese (such as cheddar, parmesan, or gouda)

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions:


1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.


2. Sauté the finely chopped onion until golden, then add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.


3. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook, breaking up any meat clumps with a spatula, until fully browned.


4. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.


5. Add the shredded cheese to the skillet with the cooked meat, and stir until the cheese begins to melt and distribute evenly.


6. Serve the finished cheese-filled ground meat hot as a filling for burgers, tortillas, pasta, or as a filling for baking.
