Ingredients:


- 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 egg

- 3 tablespoons of dry breadcrumbs

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, finely chopped onion, egg, dry breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly combine all the ingredients.


2. Shape the mixture into small patties.


3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil.


4. Fry the patties on the skillet on both sides until they develop a golden crust and the meat is fully cooked. This will take about 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on the size and thickness of the patties.


5. Place the cooked patties on a paper towel to remove excess oil.


6. Serve the juicy patties hot with a side dish of your choice, such as boiled potatoes, rice, or a vegetable salad.
