Ingredients:


- 500 g cottage cheese

- 2 eggs

- 4 tablespoons sugar

- 4 tablespoons flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- Optional: a pinch of salt

- Vegetable oil for frying

- Sour cream, jam, or honey for serving (optional)


Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt if desired.


2. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.


3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.


4. Form small pancakes from the mixture and place them on the skillet. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they have a golden crust.


5. Place the cooked pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.


6. Serve the pancakes hot with sour cream, jam, or honey.
