Ingredients:

- 2 cups of wheat flour

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

- 1 cup of warm water

- 1 cup of grated cheese (of your choice)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the vegetable oil and warm water. Knead a soft but non-sticky dough. Cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into several equal parts. Roll out each portion of the dough into a thin flatbread on a lightly floured surface.

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the flatbread on the heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until it becomes golden and bubbles appear.

4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the surface of the flatbread and cover with a lid to let the cheese melt.

5. When the cheese starts to melt, remove the flatbread from the heat. Repeat the process with the remaining portions of the dough.

6. Serve the cheese flatbread hot as an appetizer or as a side dish to the main course.

Enjoy your meal!
