Ingredients:


- 3-4 apples, sliced into thin slices

- 3 eggs

- 1 cup of sugar

- 1 cup of flour

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

- Powdered sugar for decoration


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with oil.


2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get an airy and fluffy mixture.


3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, continuing to beat to avoid lumps.


4. Add the vanilla extract if you are using it.


5. Spread half of the batter onto the bottom of the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the sliced apples on top.


6. Cover the apples with the remaining batter, spreading it evenly over the apples.


7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the charlotte becomes golden and rises.


8. After baking, let the charlotte cool, then sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving.
