Ingredients:


- 2 smoked chicken breasts, diced

- 1 can of pineapple chunks

- 1 can of corn kernels

- 200 g of hard cheese, diced

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- Fresh herbs and dill for garnish


For the dressing:


- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, combine the diced smoked chicken, pineapple, corn, diced cheese, and red bell pepper.


2. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. This will be your dressing.


3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix well.


4. Garnish the salad with fresh herbs and dill before serving.


5. Serve the salad with smoked chicken, pineapple, cheese, and corn as a standalone dish or as a side to the main course.
